Wow! I can’t believe how great this place is. I have been very skeptical about ordering cigars online. Been disappointed more often than pleased. First of all, I always call the shop first. I was immediately impressed that an actual person answers the phone with no automated answering service. I spoke with the gentleman and he told be how they offer a very personalized shopping experience and how they a four man operation and they are an actual online shop based out of Louisville. So I took a chance and placed an expensive order during a promotion. The next day I called again to ask some questions and I was treated very respectfully and I was not treated as if I was bothering him or wasting his time, something that unfortunately I find happens all Too often in the Cigar industry. He resolved my query and thanked me for my order and my support. I had ordered during a promotion and received a lot of valuable promo items for free, Something Best Leaf Cigars does often! My review could stop here and it would still have been an A++ experience, but there is more! My order shipped the very next day and was on my door 3 days later, not to mention the 4th of July was one of those 3 Days. I am also in Kentucky so shipping times may vary. When my order arrived everything was packed securely and carefully. They even included mini Boveda packs in the ziplock bags my cigars were in . That was very unexpected and something you don’t see from anywhere else that I’ve purchased from, Mini Boveda packs To make sure they stay fresh, absolutely incredible! If you’re on the Fence about placing an order, have no fear, Best Leaf Cigars won’t disappoint! They will treat you with respect and take the utmost care with your order! I can’t wait to visit them personally the next time I happen to be in Louisville! An absolutely incredible shopping experience. I Will be placing many more orders with Best Leaf Cigars! As if all that wasn’t enough their prices are also second to none! I got a limited edition box of Rocky Patel year of dragon. Priced at a 10% discount! That is something the local shops in my area do not do. They give a discount on non-limited boxes only. If you buy a box of limited edition sticks it’s full price! Not with Best Leaf Cigars!
